Completely Green & Eco-Friendly

Completely Green & Eco-Friendly

This Bahamas Island is a working prototype for sustainable development, consistently documenting and improving practices learned on site. Visitors will have first-hand opportunities to see clean energy systems in use and learn about how they work. With solar, wind and hydro systems in place, we deliver a true carbon-neutral operation. Our staff is available to tour guests on the island, explaining how everything from aquaculture to architecture is contributing to making this island a viable model for our planet.

Special efforts are made to designate areas on the Island for the advancement of sustainable practices. Ideas will be exchanged through partnerships with our members, guests, foundations and research centers and our findings will be available to all people interested in promoting green initiatives. The Story

The founder and his young son, took a small fishing boat from Harbour Island across the crystal clear sea to the shores of an untouched paradise. It was love at first sight.

The idea of leaving a legacy of care for the environment to his son while creating a first-of-its-kind project inspired the founder.

Out of his passion and commitment to protect this Caribbean jewel grew the idea to create the world’s first sustainable island destination, with unparalleled guilt-free comfort.

At first, it seemed like an impossible dream. With the help of other like-minded individuals who brought their dedication and expertise into this project, the dream, against incredible odds, finally became a reality.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide the world’s first sustainable island destination, where desirable experiences and environmental care intersect.
